I sent my Hubby shopping

And he came home with quite a stash.
I sent him to Hobby Craft for some gold coloured head pins, a bag of beads and glaze accents...he got a little carried away. He rang and said he could stay their all day but thought he'd better come home lol.
He did mention he'd look for a storage box for himself, but just look at all the other goodies. The butterflies are 3d and I can't wait to play with some of those novelty buttons. To think just a year ago this man wouldn't have understood what the word embellishment meant.

A close up of his new stash...don't worry girls, we have house rules - what his is mine (shhhhh what's mine's my own LOL)

Lin, you make me laugh out loud so often! I´ve to teach my hubby your house rules, too!
Fab embellishments!
I came home later today, because I checked out a scrapbooking store near Vienna... and bought my 1st MS punch!
So it was a good day for us both!
Have a nice evening!

Ooooh ahhhhh! I love it! He did pretty good! Now he sees it is addicting right? I don't know if I can send my hubby. He has gone and bought a specific piece of paper or even buttons, but to send him loose and let him decide? That is scary. He likes to look at the prices and come home and see what I have in my room! Love your house rules! Think most of us have that rule too, we just don't say it out loud! LOL Can't wait to see what you create with your new toys!

He's so sweet! Sounds like we both have wonderful husbands. I'm looking forward to seeing what you create also. My husband is the one who showed me the Cricut and said I ought to get one a little over 2 years ago; there are times he kids me and says he wished he'd never said it. LOL. He will go pick up things for me too, but usually only what I specifically ask for. Love, dj

You lucky girl!! Terry knows I stop in at my favourite haunts now and then but for all he knows my craft room is worth maybe $1,000 at best haha! The quilting stash is another story though! If I remember correctly, that saying was in the marriage rule book... well, mine anyway!
